Delete your account inside AL or send us a deletion request.
Delete inside AL
- Sign in to AL.
- Open the three-dot menu.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete My Account and confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it. Use the subject “AL Account Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion covers your AL authentication account, profile, conversations, messages, saved memories, uploaded images and documents, generated files, usage and entitlement records, and safety reports associated with your account. Limited records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, backups or law.
Google Play subscription
Account deletion does not itself cancel or refund a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription first through AL’s Cancel subscription button or the Google Play Subscription Center.
