Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use AL, provided by Adaptive Lifeform Ltd.
AL service
AL provides AI-generated conversations, assistance, uploaded-image analysis, document features and related tools. AL does not generate or edit images. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable and must be checked before you rely on it.
Important decisions
AL is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, emergency or other professional advice. Contact emergency services or an appropriate professional when necessary.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. Do not use AL to break the law, harm or exploit others, create prohibited content, invade privacy, deceive people, develop malware, interfere with the service or bypass safety controls.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit and give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve AL under our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload and use the content.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
AL+ subscriptions purchased on Android are billed and managed by Google Play. Pricing, renewal and trial terms are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through AL’s Cancel subscription button or Google Play. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current billing period. Refunds follow Google Play rules and applicable law.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of or reliance on AI output.
